Construction Process
Planning Phase - No obligation in-home client consultion to discuss your project goals, time frame and budget. After discussing your project our staff will present to you a written design proposal.
Design Phase - We meet with the client during this second visit to take before pictures, take measurements, discuss preliminary pricing and set up a third appointment to make product selections.
Construction Phase -
During this phase we order material, schedual delivery and
and schedual installation. The construction phase consists of demolition,
carpentry, electrical, plumbing and hvac. After the construction is complete
we perform a client walk-thru. After the signs off and is fully satisfied
with the project CraftBuilt Construction stands behind the work for a period
of 1 year against any faulty workmanship.
